To register for the team, please fill out the attached Registration / Emergency contact form and return to Coach Beth. The City of Tampa Waiver should be completed and returned to the pool. You will also need a current City of Tampa Rec card (available for purchase at the pool). Please use a computer for the forms, which may not be visible on mobile devices.
